1. The partner university nominates their students to email@example.com. Please include the following data about students:
- Student’s full name
- Student’s e-mail address
- Field of study
- Level of study
- Semester (1st or 2nd)
2. After nomination, students fill in the application form HERE. The courses in English are listed HERE, course description HERE.
3. The International office of Alma Mater must confirm student’s choice of courses before inserting them in the Learning agreement.
4. Students can find information about Erasmus+ at Alma Mater HERE or contact the International office at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Deadline for nomination in winter semester: 30 July
Deadline for nomination in summer semester: 30 November
After completing the semester at Alma Mater, students will receive the Confirmation of mobility and a Transcript of records or any additional documents, requested by the sending institution.
