{"id":15358,"date":"2022-02-18T15:08:26","date_gmt":"2022-02-18T13:08:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dance-academy.almamater.si\/dogajanje\/professional-excursion-krafft-festival-2021\/"},"modified":"2022-02-18T15:08:26","modified_gmt":"2022-02-18T13:08:26","slug":"professional-excursion-krafft-festival-2021","status":"publish","type":"dogodek","link":"https:\/\/dance-academy.almamater.si\/en\/dogajanje\/professional-excursion-krafft-festival-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"Professional Excursion, Festival KRAFFT, 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 style=\"text-align: left; color: black;\">Study excursion of Dance Academy students to the KRAFFT festival 2021<\/h3>\n<p>In June 2021 we took part in the professional programme of the KRAFFT festival in Kranj, where we watched screenings of dance films \u2014 among them films by our own students \u2014 and joined a discussion entitled <strong>\u201cENCOUNTERS: THE BODY IN THE LENS\u201d Dance films through the body of the choreographer and the lens<\/strong> <strong>of the director<\/strong>, in which we opened up themes and addressed the many questions surrounding the position of dance artists within the audiovisual medium:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What is the role of the choreographer in a dance film?<\/li>\n<li>How is the director\u2013choreographer relationship established, built and shaped?<\/li>\n<li>Whose is the autonomy of decision that shapes the story, the execution and the message of the choreography in an audiovisual work?<\/li>\n<li>How, when and why do differences, disagreements and compromises arise between choreographer and director?<\/li>\n<li>How do dance artists in audiovisual works deal with working conditions on set?<\/li>\n<li>How can a good dance film be made without the money it requires?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We met recognised experts in dance and feature film: Peter Bratu\u0161a, Rok Kunaver, Gaj \u017dmavc, Jasna Hribernik and Matja\u017e Mrak. The guests also included professors of the Dance Academy: Rosana Hribar, Ur\u0161a Rupnik, Ma\u0161a Kagao Knez and \u017deljko Bo\u017ei\u010d.
